Lighter Buddha Films is an Indian Film Production company founded by Raj B Shetty & Praveen Shriyan in 2019. The name ‘Lighter Buddha’ is a jovial take on doing things you love without taking things too seriously.

The idea of forming a production company stemmed from a light desire to have the freedom, to tell the kind of stories which we would love to hear, to make the kind of films – which we would love to see, which we would love to make and which we would make the way we want it to be made.
